Slovenian "Gorenje" opens boiler factory in halls of former "Lifam" from Stara Pazova

The sale of "Lifam", which is divided into nine parts for the sake of easier sale, started at the end of 2005 and it has been, finally, completed these days.
As the bankruptcy manager of that former giant in metal-processing industry of Vojvodain, Miodrag Smoljanović, six "Lifam's" halls on total surface of 30,147 square meters and 147,000 square meters of outdoor space have been bought by Slovenian company "Gorenje" and Osijek-based "Lifam M" for 3m EUR, the half of which was paid as a deposit, while the second part will be paid prior to August 18, 2006.
Company "Gorenje" will have the boiler factory "Gorenje tiki" built in "Lifam's" halls, while Croatian company "Lifam M" will continue with the part of production program (servo controllers, carts, mixers for concrete, etc.) that made this factory from Stara Pazova famous on the market of former Yugoslavia, Ukraine, Russia and other east European countries.
"Gorenje" in Velenje and "Lifam M" in Osijek set the condition for the bankruptcy manager. They want to buy all six parts of the unique whole of "Lifam's" factories. Therefore, they bought the complex of six factories: Factory of Agricultural and Small Machines, FActory of Hydraulics, Factory of Buthane Bottles, the hall for assembling of equipment, cutting workshop and the hall for tools and maintenance.
