Pevec comes out of bankruptcy, Pevec d.d. founded

With the registration of the company Pevec d.d., which is headquartered in Bjelovar, an end has been put to the bankruptcy of Pevec d.o.o. and Pevec Zagreb d.o.o., while Darko Sket, former bankruptcy manager, has been named the chairman of the Managing Board of Pevec d.d., people at that market chain said in a release on Tuesday.

Following the merger of Pevec d.o.o. in bankruptcy and Pevec Zagreb d.o.o. in bankruptcy, the company with limited liability has been transformed into a joint stock company, and the Court of Commerce in Bjelovar issued a decision June 21st on the formation of the company Pevec Maloprodaja Neprehrambene Robe d.d., with the headquarters in Bjelovar, reads the release.

Pevec d.d. will have 713 shareholders, with the share capital amounting to HRK 123 million.
