Behgjet Pacolli eyes Ulcinj-based Otrant hotel

Behgjet Pacolli, a famous businessman from Kosovo, is interested in buying Otrant hotel at Big Beach in Ulcinj and bringing it to the level of five-star hotels.

This was confirmed to the Podgorica Vijesti daily by Pacolli's close friend and Director of the Kosovo Tourism Organization Shkelzen Riza.

Pacolli, who is the ex-husband of the Italian singer Anna Oxa and the richest Albanian from Kosovo, has recently opened a five-star hotel in downtown Pristina.

Riza stressed that Pacolli was delighted with the Montenegrin government's announcement that a special secretariat would be put in charge of capital investments and direct supervision of their implementation, thus enabling investors to get permits and other required documents in much easier and quicker way.
