First shopping center to be built in Prijepolje soon

The project for the construction of the first shopping center in Prijepolje has passed the public urban planning review, which has opened the door to the realization of one of the most significant commercial facilities in the recent history of Prijepolje, announced the president of the municipality of Prijepolje, Drago Popadic.

– This modern center brings a new dimension to shopping, socializing and time spent with the family, with the arrival of numerous famous fashion brands which are arriving to our area for the first time, as well as renowned retail chains – Popadic wrote on his Facebook profile.

In addition to the rich retail offer, the shopping center will feature a café for relaxation and socializing, a playroom for children, designed to be safe and fun, 50 parking spaces for the comfort of all the visitors.

Popadic pointed out that, with the opening of this center, the citizens of Prijepolje will get an opportunity for new jobs, in addition to an ideal place for relaxation and socializing.

– The opening of this center will lead to the creation of over 100 new jobs, which is a strong incentive for the local economy and an opportunity for many of our fellow citizens. This is an important step toward a more modern and developed Prijepolje – a new regional center of an urban way of life and family content – added Popadic.
