Banja Luka-based Knez Petrol to take over remaining shares of Jugoprevoz from Krusevac

The oil transport company Knez Petrol Banja Luka plans to initiate an offer for the takeover of the 25% share which it does not yet own in Jugoprevoz from Krusevac, reports Indikator.ba.

Knez Petrol is the owner of 57,044 shares, that is, a 74.92% stake in Jugoprevoz, a transportation and motor-vehicle repair and maintenance company.

The offer will pertain to 19,094 shares, that is, expressed as a percentage, 25.08 percent.

Within 15 work days, Knez Petrol will submit a request to the Securities Commission of the Republic of Serbia for approval of announcing the offer for the takeover of the shares and announce the offer immediately upon obtaining the decision.


Knez Petrol Banja Luka was registered in 2015 and is a company for international transport activities, and it is owned by Srdjan Knezevic.
