Drop of inflow of foreign direct investments and drop of domestic VAT recorded

Serbia has experienced a huge drop of the inflow of foreign direct investments and a drop of the domestic VAT, Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic said while addressing the media.

– In this month alone, as of April 15, our domestic VAT is 5.5 billion lower, which is directly related to the violence of the blockers and the terror that our country is going through. So, it’s about people’s fear, about people not feeling safe, not wanting to spend – said Vucic.

He added that the entire economic activity had slowed down and that “nobody but the ones who have tried to destroy our country is responsible for it.”

– And as president of the Republic, I will not be subservient to anyone, because I have not done so in the past period either, and I will request absolute criminal and every other responsibility for those who have contributed the most to carrying out and organizing this crime against their country and taken part in it – said Vucic.
