NBS: FX reserves at end-March EUR 28.53 billion, 265.7 million less than previous month

Gross NBS FX reserves amounted to EUR 28.53 billion at end-March 2025, having decreased by EUR 265.7 million from the previous month.

The NBS says that the dinar stayed broadly unchanged against the euro in March, while since the beginning of the year it weakened nominally by 0.2%.

The NBS sold EUR 210 million net in the IFEM during the month. Since the beginning of the year, it sold EUR 955 million net to maintain the relative stability of the dinar against the euro.
