Biggest solar power plant in Serbia connected to network – Israeli Nofar realizes investment in Ada worth EUR 25 million

Israeli Nofar Energy Ltd has connected to the network its solar power plant Ada of 27 MW in Serbia, as announced by this RES-development company.

The investment worth EUR 25 million (USD 26.2 million) has been implemented in Ada and consists of two solar parks.

Nofar commenced the construction of this solar power plant, which is currently the biggest one in Serbia, with an estimated annual production of electrical energy of 33,150,000 kWh, in May last year with Turkish Girisim Elektrik as the contractor, remind the foreign media that reported this news.


They also say that the project in Ada has expanded Nofar’s global portfolio of solar projects to 2.4 GW, including projects under construction. In addition to that, the Israeli company has 1.2 GWh for energy storage.
