Tigar AD opens call to investors to take part in recapitalization

Local and foreign legal and natural persons, as well as consortia, have the right to participate, and the minimum amount of an increase of the capital assets is EUR 10 million.
As stated in the public call, in accordance with the Pre-Packaged Reorganization Plan (PPRP), after the cancellation of 8.15 million shares, of a total of 10.9 million, recapitalization is to follow.
After the changes are enacted, the Pension and Disability Insurance Fund will be the biggest shareholder with 1,584,281 shares, which comprises 56.48% of the capital. The National Health Insurance Fund will own 596,373 shares (21.26%), whereas the City of Pirot will have 328,642 shares (11.71%). The Tax Administration, through taxes to the benefit of the Republic of Serbia, will have 193,173 (6.89%), and the National Employment Service will have 58,201 shares (2.07%). The City of Belgrade will have 36,417 shares (1.30%), the City of Nis 4,612 (0.16%), the Municipality of Apatin 1,863 (0.07%), and the Municipality of Dimitrovgrad 1,599 shares (0.06%).
