Company Home Park 2020 planning construction of retail park in Sombor of nearly 23,000 m2

The Novi Sad-based company Home Park 2020 plans to build a retail park in Sombor, as can be seen from the Urban Project that has been confirmed by the Department for Spatial and Urban Planning and Construction of the City Administration of Sombor.

The location of which the construction is planned is located within the Industrial Zone, and the area covered by the project amounts to 43,839 m2. That location already features built facilities, some of which are planned for demolition, whereas others are planned for reconstruction.

The retail park is planned to have a total of six facilities, and the total GFA of all the facilities is 22,874.53 m2.

Also, the project envisages 311 parking spaces for cars.
