Novi Sad's Fair to be privatized on tender

Public assets in the Novi Sad Fair would be privatized on a tender whose terms would be defined on the basis of the programme and investment plans of the Fair, said director general of the Novi Sad Fair Aleksandar Andrejević.

- Our idea is to find a strategic partner, who dealt and will be dealing with the fair activities, through privatization of the public assets that, together with the city assets, make up about 52%. The potential majority owners of the Novi Sad Fair will be known only after the real terms of the tender are announced and the tender documentation is procured - said Andrejević.

The team of the Novi Sad Fair will make the programme in the following two or three months on the basis of which the Privatization Agency of Serbia will announce the tender.
