Napred Razvoj has acquired only 0.1%, or 10,444 shares of Energoprojekt Holding within the just closed offer which aimed at as much as 44.49% of the capital, or practically all the shares which are not already owned by them or their partners in this transaction, as shown by the acquisition report published on January 15.

That means that, although the acquisition bid has formally succeeded, practically, Napred Razvoj, along with the construction company Napred, Montinvest Properties and Jopag AG, as well as Dobrosav Bojovic, has failed to acquire the ownership of the famous construction company, so now Napred Razvoj and the partners have 55.61% of the shares in Energoprojekt Holding.

A majority ownership with 55.61% of the capital therefore leaves Napred Razvoj and its partners in the transaction in the same situation as before December 23, when they offered RSD 375 per share in an attempt to convince the state and the remaining shareholders to sell the capital to them. The state is the biggest co-owner of Energoprojekt among the minority shareholders, with 33.88% of the capital, which it has not abandoned at the price offered by Napred Razvoj.
