Part of complex of former 21. oktobar in Kragujevac sold for EUR 2.5 million

At the public auction, around two hectares of urban building land in Kragujevac were sold, at the beginning of the Industrial Zone, near the main Bus Station, along with a hall of 8,579 square meters and another three side facilities with a total area of 368 square meters. All this used to be owned by the former company 21. oktobar, and was then transferred to the ownership of the city of Kragujevac. The purchase was made for RSD 286 million, which is 26 million more than the initial price which the city had offered.

So, the land along with the facilities has been sold for close to EUR 2.5 million, which is not a negligible amount for filling the city budget at the end of the business and calendar year. The City Administration for Property Affairs, Urban Planning, Construction and Legalization has confirmed this. They also said that there had been three bidders and that the parcel and the halls had been sold to the highest bidder.

Their names have not been disclosed yet.
