A tourist complex will be built near Kursumlija - Ethnic bungalows with straw facades, restaurant, swimming pool, tennis courts...are planned

The company ANT Trade from Kursumlija plans to build a tourist complex with seven ethnic bungalows, a restaurant, a swimming pool and tennis courts near the Dankoviće settlement.

The tourist settlement will contain, as stated in the Urban Planning Project, for which the Municipality of Kuršumlija announced a public presentation, seven small "ethnic" bungalows, one small-size "ethno" restaurant, as well as accompanying facilities, an outdoor pool with two smaller auxiliary facilities (wet room with changing room and showers and a bar with low seating), two tennis courts and a facility intended for agricultural production.

Parking space is provided for cars and buses at the very entrance to the complex.

The ethnic restaurant is positioned on the south side of the plot so that it can be seen from the access road. The entrance for restaurant guests is on the north side, and on the south side there is a covered terrace with wooden floor. The restaurant`s facade is made of natural stone. The roof of the restaurant and the bungalow is covered with thatch. The catering facility has only the ground floor with the capacity to accommodate guests of the complex as well as other guests.

The bungalows are free-standing circular structures located on elevated ground and overlook the ethnic restaurant, tennis courts and swimming pools.

The bungalows on the ground floor contain a small entrance area, a bathroom, a multi-purpose living room with a kitchen and a dining room, as well as a staircase leading to the first floor where there is a master bedroom with storage closets. The facade is made of straw, stacked to simulate a haystack, as one of the eternal ethnic symbols.

Within the complex, the agricultural production of apples together with beekeeping is planned.

The designer is the Belgrade firm ARH Design, and the public presentation will last until November 25.
