Serbian burek in Switzerland


'Hameum International' company from Prokuplje is one of the rare Serbian companies which exports to Western European market around 30 tones of Serbian burek monthly of strictley plant origin, which is according to high Western Eurpean standards of healthy food.
This company made a contract for monthly export to Swiss market, where it would be sold 10 tones of burek.
As pointed put by the company's manager, Slavisa Lepojevic, burek is controlled at the Institute for food production in Munich, where it has got the highest marks.
