New tender for design of hospital in Bor opened – Heliport, 16 departments and 340 beds planned

The City of Bor has opened a new tender for the preparation of the project-technical documentation for the construction of the new General Hospital in Bor, in Nikole Kopernika Street, after the previous procedure was terminated. The estimated value of the procurement is the same as last time – RSD 40 million.

For the realization of the planned works, it is necessary to prepare the project-technical documentation which encompasses: the urban project, the preliminary architectural design, the approval planning and the main design.

According to the specification of the job, the new hospital complex will feature the newly built facility of the General Hospital with an estimated gross area of 20,000 m2 and infrastructural facilities (substation, boiler room, a facility for the treatment of medical waste, a facility for the storage of medical gases…), and it will also entail landscaping and internal traffic routes, as well as a heliport.


The future hospital should have 16 departments, and the minimum number of beds in the new hospital is 340.
