Industrial Zone Covinac to be intended for investors interested in investing in agricultural facilities

The Detailed Regulation Plan of the Industrial Zone Covinac in Veliki Radinci near Sremska Mitrovica, which is available for public inspection, aims to create the possibility of forming an industrial zone complex in the function of agriculture.

The area covered by the plan amounts to around 4.50 ha.

Areas for operations in the function of agriculture and for the construction of facilities for the storage and processing of agricultural products from fruit, grape and vegetable farming areas in the immediate environment will be planned.

The expected effect from the preparation of this Plan is the availability of building land that can be offered to potential investors for the construction of business and production facilities in the function of agriculture.

The study for the early public inspection was prepared by the PE Urbanizam from Sremska Mitrovica.

The public inspection lasts until June 26.
