Institute in Sremska Kamenica to get garage on 13,000 m2 – Tender for contractors worth EUR 22.7 million

The Capital Investment Administration of the Autonomous Province of Vojvodina has opened the tender for the construction of a public garage and traffic surfaces with the accompanying infrastructure within the complex of the Institute in Sremska Kamenica, and the value of the job has been estimated at RSD 2.7 billion (around EUR 22.7 million), without the VAT.

According to the technical specification of the job, the garage will be located between Institutski Put and Majora Tepica streets. It is planned to have two basement levels and three floors (including the ground floor), with the possibility of parking on the rooftop. Road and pedestrian access routes to the garage are planned from Institutski Put Street.

The maximum zone of the construction of said facility encompasses an area of around 3,200 m2, and the estimated gross developed floor area of the facility is 13,000 m2. It is noted that, within the public garage, the optimal number of spaces for the installation of the equipment for the charging of hybrid cars (electric vehicles) should be planned, in line with the global tendency of the growth of the number of electric cars.

Following the tendering procedure, the job of planning was entrusted last year to the group of bidders consisting of Elsing Group, AD Vojvodinaprojekt, DBA doo Novi Sad, NEO Inzenjering, Geomehanika and Rade Sedlar PR Geodetski biro NS Geodet. The value of the contract is RSD 35.6 million.
