The Noblewood Group, known in Montenegro as the representative of the renowned Beluga vodka brand, announces a new phase in its evolution and strategic development. After almost a year of being present and fully operational in the Montenegrin market, as well as the launch of its first product produced in Montenegro Beluga Botanicals, the company has introduced its mission and values to all employees at the group level, reflecting the essence and experience gained during its one-year operations in Montenegro.

Noblewood's mission is focused on creating exceptional alcohol brands of uncompromising quality, aiming for each product to offer a unique experience. With its skilled team of experts, whose experience and commitment to sustainability are key developmental factors, Noblewood Group is building an advanced business structure that aligns with the needs of people, the planet and product quality. Another dimension of the new vision includes the company's endeavor to become an agent of positive change for the environment, economy and society as a whole, while maintaining its position as an industry leader and contributing to the common good.

Noblewood employs over 210 people in Nikšić and Tivat. Through various educational and training programs, Noblewood provides opportunities for its employees to advance their professional development in a dynamic international environment. During the past year, the Noblewood company exported 2.4 million bottles from its factory in Nikšić and will soon celebrate its first anniversary in Montenegro.
