EU gave away equipment for the Veterinary department

Veterinary department of the Ministry of Agriculture of Serbia, has received from the European Union, through the European Agency for reconstruction, a modern equipment against specifically dangerous contagious diseases in animals, like classical pig plague, foot-rot, and aviar influencia.

The equipment is worth more than 200.000 eur and it will create conditions for the Veterinary Department of Serbia to become one of the best equipped institutions in the region for stopping avair influence in poultry and stopping of the virus to trasfer from poultry to humans.
