Sale of a factory Utva-vehicles Pancevo appointed for Mrch, 31st - starting price close to a 100 millions dinars

On today's auction in the Agency for privatization there will be offered for sale 75.72% of the capital of Panveco's factory Utva-vehicles. It is actually offered 70% of community ownership of the factory to potential buyers, which is 56.67% of the total capital, but also a 100% of the participation of Commercial bank of Pancevo, which is 19.05% of the total capital of Utva-vehicles.

The rest is asigned for the workers and retired emploees, and the registration of free shares will be till March, 30th.

The starting price for this company is around 99 millions dinars, and comittment of potential buyers is investing of at least 18 millions dinars into the company.

In the last year companies from France, Germany and Italy have been interested for this company.
