Belgrade-Based Company Kaboss Pro Buys Zekstra

The owner of Robna Kuca Boska Banjaluka, the company Kaboss Pro from Belgrade has bought the company Zekstra from the Banjaluka-based company Sirius 2010, reports the Capital portal.

Zekstra used to be owned by the IT company Sirius, and it was recently taken over by Kaboss Pro from Belgrade.

At the moment, the director of Zekstra is Dusko Opajic, the former director of Sirius.

Behind Kaboss Pro is Djordje Djuric, who is also the official owner of Infinity International Group.

To the people of Banjaluka, Zekstra is best known as a fashion house, and clothes retail is registered as their core activity.

This fashion house did not have an income in 2022, so it had a loss of around BAM 140,000. The last time Zekstra made a profit was in 2020, when they earned around BAM 366,000, whereas their income was BAM 1.1 million.
