Fees for Use of Ports and Terminals Increased

With the amendment to the Law on the Fees for the Use of Public Goods, which is in effect since January 1, 2024, the fees have been increased 10.2%. This includes fees for navigation and the use of ports, terminals and navigation safety structures on the state waterway, announced the Port Governance Agency.

A company or another legal person that uses the good in general use is obliged to pay the fee.

The port and terminal fees for the use of coasts, docking and demurrage, which the Agency calculates and charges in line with the Law, can be found (in Serbian) in the relevant table at the following link.
