10 Years of Stanton Chase Award for Talent Management

(The jury and the award winners) The international executive search company Stanton Chase awarded the jubilee tenth Talent Management award this year, for which companies from various industries competed, presenting programs of development of their talented employees.

As before, a large number of local and international companies, which are recognized in the market for their quality programs of talent development on all levels, as well as their good cooperation with universities, took part in the selection.

The winner of the Talent Management award for 2023 is Nelt Group. Considering that there were plenty of interesting ideas and initiatives this year, the seven-member jury decided to award as many as three special awards.

The special award for programs of development of future leaders was given to Nestle, the award for local programs of employee development was won by Erste Bank, and the award for continuous dedication to talent development was won by Mlekara Sabac.
