The Decree on the Harmonization of the Nomenclature of the Customs Tariff, which harmonizes the nomenclature of the Customs Tariff with the 2024 EU Combined Nomenclature and which will apply to categorizing products within the Customs Tariff, has been published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia.

The decree encompasses rates as well, that is, the customs fees determined by the Customs Tariff, which is an integral part of the Law on the Customs Tariff, as well as the customs rates which are implemented in line with the signed free trade agreements, applied to the harmonized nomenclature.

The decree starts applying from January 1, 2024.
