The city of Novi Sad has announced the sale of a plot of land on the corner of Bulevar Patrijarha Pavla and Futoski put, with an area of 6,477 m2, at a starting price of about RSD 800 million dinars, and the deposit amount is about RSD 60 million. The sale, as stated, will be carried out by public bidding, and the plot is sold in the condition seen.

As per the ad, the future purpose of the plot is a city center complex with an occupancy index of up to 40% and floor space from BMT+GF to BMT+GF+8.

- According to the Plan for the general regulation of space in the western part of the city, in the Telep area in Novi Sad, the plot is intended for the complex of the general city center. There is a water supply and sewage system on the site at Bulevar Patrijarha Pavla. The location is connected to the electric power grid - according to the ad.

Applications for the public tender will be received on December 20 at the City Administration for Construction Land and Investments in Novi Sad, and the public tender will be conducted a day later.
