For buying of Pancevo's "Fertilizer's factory", company Universal from Belgrade in cooperation with lithuanian group of companies offered 13.1 millions EUR

On tender for sale of the company "Fertilizer's factory" in Pancevo, which is at the moment in the procedure of restructurating, the best offer gave a consortium of companies Universal from Belgrade and UAB Arvi Lithuania - Joint Lithuanian - Usa Venture Sanitex from Lithuania, announced on March, 14th, 2006, Agency for privatization.

This consortium has offered a price of 13.1 millions eur for taking over 100% of the community capital, investment program in the value of 30 millions eur and has accepted minimal duties from the social program.

Offers for buying Pancevo's factory gave also one hungarian company Emfesz which didn't fullfill qualification terms asigned by tender, while the offer of consortium "Farmakom" from Sabac and "Sojaprotein" from Becej was proclaimed sustained.
