Although offices in the capital city are the most expensive in the region, there are almost no vacant ones anymore, and the most demanded ones are precisely those that feature the most luxurious equipment.

Another request that office space owners or tenants have is for it to adapt to various needs and requests. Smart buildings are becoming imperative, as are the requests of a modern client when it comes to sustainable furniture, energy efficient devices, economical heating, modern lighting.
