Japan tobacco International JTI left as the only one in the race for Tobacco industry Senta DIS

On tender for Tobacco industry "Senta" DIS, Agency for deposit insurance, who is in charge of the sale of larger part of state's package of shares and joined small share holders, there was by predicted deadline a concrete offer only by the japanese company "Japan tobacco International" JTI.
JTI is the third tobacco company in the world, and on our market its positions are taken by the two companies: world leader american "Filip Moris" and the british company "British American Tobacco" BTA, by buying of cigarettes factories in Nis and Vranje.
In JTI half of the shares is controlled by the government of Japan, and on our grounds they are known as manufacturers of "Camel", "Winston" and "Monte Carlo".
On our market JTI is present with a 100 tones of cigarettes monthly, and in Senta everyone sees the coming of japanese as a great development chance, specially because of the fact that DIS has only 74 emploees, and that in the season of yellow leaf processing hires 280 more season workers. By starting of this new factory of cigarettes in which Senta invested 10 millions eur before getting the licence, it is believed to open a space for more new job places, and realistic expectations are a promotion of tobacco production which is a great traditionn in this region.
