Tender for Procurement of Equipment for Electrification of Railroad from Novi Sad to the Border Published

The branch of the company China Railway Construction Electrification Bureau Group Co in Belgrade has published the tender for the procurement of materials for the electrification of the railroad from the Novi Sad station to the Subotica - state border (Kelebija) station within the project of the modernization of the Hungary - Serbia railroad.

The project is financed by the Government of Serbia, which is represented by the Ministry of Construction, Transport and Infrastructure, and the investor is the company Serbian Railways Infrastructure.

– The bidders need to be legally registered in the territory of the Republic of Serbia or Europe and their registered core activity should be in line with the scope of the tender. This tender should be regarded as the invitation for the bidders to give offers for conclusion of the contract and not as the contract offer. Furthermore, the procuring entity has no obligation to conclude the contract with the bidder with the lowest price – the tendering documentation reads.

The bids shall be valid for 60 days from the date of submission, and they may be sent by February 21.
