Albon Engineering & Manufacturing to Build Facility for Production of Metal Parts for Automotive Industry in Sremska Mitrovica

Albon Engineering & Manufacturing from Simanovci plans the construction of facilities of a production-business complex meant for the production of metal parts for the automotive industry in Sremska Mitrovica.

The urban project, which is up for public inspection until November 9, was commissioned by Conform from Novi Sad.

Said parcel consists of construction land and is located southeast of the city center in the Jezero business zone. The construction of two facilities is planned: a production-business facility (production of metal components for the automotive industry) and a guardhouse.

The area covered by the Urban Project is 32,965 m2 (3.29 ha).

The planned facility no. 1 will be done as a production hall for the purposes of production of automotive metal parts. The facility will be a skeletal, frame, reinforced-concrete pre-fabricated structure consisting of horizontal and vertical load-bearing elements. It will have a ground floor and an upper floor, and the planned total gross area is 10,876 m2.

The second facility, the guardhouse, is planned as a standalone ground-floor facility. It consists of a working space and a toilet, and a canopy that will stretch above the traffic route is planned in front of the building. The gross area of the second facility is 105 m2.

The parcel has access to the public area through two two-way road connections and the access route, which, after entering the parcel, circles around the planned facilities and thereby enables the movement of heavy and light vehicles.

The full fencing off of said parcel is planned, and the complex itself is entered through two gates. A parking area with 30 parking spaces for cars (4 for disabled persons on the southeast side and 26 parking spaces for cars) is planned in front of the production hall, whereas 2 parking spaces for trucks are planned on the southwest side. A footpath is planned around the hall as well, and a large plaza is planned on the southeast side.
