Cadez Discusses Opening of CCIS Office in Beijing with President of Chinese Yihai Group

(CCIS President Marko Cadez) The president of the Chamber of Commerce of Serbia (CCIS), Marko Cadez, and the president of the Chinese company Yihai Group, Linda Wang, both emphasized the need for the CCIS to open an office in Beijing in the shortest amount of time possible. Wang, according to the website of the Chamber of Commerce of Serbia, also accepted the position of an honorary representative of the Serbian economy in China.
According to Cadez and Wang, the aim of the activities of the CCIS office in the Chinese capital will be to further improve the cooperation of Serbia and China, but also to support local companies in positioning themselves in the global Chinese market.
Wang pointed out that Yihai Group had experience doing business in the Serbian market, in the sectors of real estate and construction, but that it was also very interested in investing in Serbian agriculture and energy, especially in renewable energy sources and the production of solar panels.
The president of the CCIS, pointed out that Serbia had a great number of investment projects and possibilities for investing in renewable energy sources, that a modern legal framework which enables that had been adopted, but also that the current energy crisis had forced the search for alternative energy sources.
At the meeting at the CCIS, the Cadez emphasized that chamber’s support to Yihai Group to connect with potential partners in Serbia, our companies and agricultural producers. They also both pointed to the possibility of cooperation in exchanging knowledge and technologies, as well as in the sector of education, connecting with the CCIS Business Academy and other education institutions in the country, it is said on the CCIS website.
