Better known as the “West Gate of Belgrade”, the Genex Tower, owned by the company Generaleksport, was put up for sale in July again at an initial price of RSD 1.46 billion.

At the first attempt at a sale in May, there were no interested purchasers either, and the initial price at the time was RSD 2 billion.

The offer included 28 office spaces with an area of 14,943 square meters, whereas the spaces between the 27th and 37th floors have an area exceeding 1,450 square meters. The lot also consisted of a garage with a total area of 9,023 square meters, as well as ten garage spaces with an area of 6,445 square meters.

Back in March 2017, the Commercial Court in Belgrade pronounced bankruptcy in Generaleksport, and it has been undergoing bankruptcy proceedings since 2015. Its daughter company ICG has also been in bankruptcy for years.
