The National Employment Service has published the Public Invitation for the realization of this year’s youth incentive program “My First Salary”, which will be realized through four phases.

According to the website of the National Employment Service, the first phase is meant exclusively for employers, who will be able to apply for taking part in the program at www.mojaprvaplata.gov.rs from August 22 to September 22, 2022.

The second phase is meant for the unemployed, who will be able to apply for taking part in the program from October 3 to 31, 2022, also at www.mojaprvaplata.gov.rs.

The third phase of the program will pertain to the selection of candidates by the employers. The employers will be able to carry out the process of selection of the applied candidates as soon as they start applying, and the final selection of the candidates will be done:

– by employers from the private sector between November 1 and 15, 2022, and
– by employers from the public sector between November 16 and 30, 2022.

Within 15 days of the final selection of the candidates, a list of the employers’ advertised jobs, with the number of approved candidates, will be published on the website www.mojaprvaplata.gov.rs.

The fourth phase of the realization of the program will entail the signing of a three-party agreement between the National Employment Service, the employer and the selected candidate and the beginning of the execution of the program within 15 days of the date of the forming of the list of the employers’ advertised jobs with the number of approved candidates.

For this year, the plan is to include up to 10,000 young people up to 30 years of age in the “My First Salary” program, with at least a high-school education and without work experience. The program will be carried out at the employers in the private and public sectors, for nine months, and it will be realized without the signing of job contracts.

During the program, the National Employment Service will pay a monetary compensation of RSD 25,000 on a monthly level to young people with high-school education, whereas those with higher education will be paid RSD 30,000, with the payment of a contribution in case of workplace injury and occupational disease.

This program provides the possibility to the young without work experience to carry out practice on concrete jobs at the employer, to the end of acquiring knowledge, skills and job competences, thereby increasing their employment opportunities, the National Employment Service reminds.

The public invitation for this year’s “My First Salary” program and all the information about the program can be found on the website of the National Employment Service (www.nsz.gov.rs) and the My First Salary website (www.mojaprvaplata.gov.rs).
