Looking for Supplier of Flight Simulation Device for Purposes of Aviation Academy

The Unit for public sector project management has published the tender for the procurement of equipment – a flight simulation device for the purposes of the Aviation Academy in Belgrade and the Aviation Academy in Vrsac.

These are flight simulation devices A320 Airbus A320 CEO/NEO convertible Full Flight Simulator (FFS) Level D.

The supplier is obligated, according to the tendering documentation, to transport, deliver and unload the goods at the final destination and install and test them, as well as to carry out the training.

The transport, delivery and unloading at the destination, including insurance and storage, are the obligation of the supplier, and all the related costs will be included in the agreed price.

According to the tendering documentation, the payment that the supplier is to make is an advance payment: 60% of the agreed price paid in two installments, the first of which is to be made within 45 days of the date of the submission of the banking guarantee for advance payment return, and the second of which is to be made upon the withdrawal of the funds from the project loan. And, upon the reception of the goods: 20% of the agreed price is paid after the delivery of the simulator and all the integral components.

Bids may be sent by July 26.
