Sloboda Aparati from Cacak Advertises Sale of Property – Initial Price RSD 126.32 Million

The company Sloboda Aparati from Cacak has advertised a second sale of the movable and immovable property consisting of 15 facilities in Cacak, equipment in the Ljubic location, stock in the Ljubic location, vehicles and claims on the basis of the buyout of 16 publicly owned apartments.

The initial price is RSD 126.32 million, and the public bidding is scheduled for May 25.

Sloboda Aparati declared bankruptcy in 2018 according to the decision of the Commercial Court in Cacak.

The first sale was held in 2021.
