Matid Obuca to Build Footwear Factory in Vladicin Han Area

Matid Obuca from Vladicin Han is building a footwear factory in the village of Zitoradja.

According to the construction permit, the facility has a mostly rectangular basis, with the basic dimensions of 51.26 x 20.40 m. It has a ground floor and an upper floor.

It consists of two mutually linked parts:

– a production hall with warehouses and rooms for compressors, a boiler room and a storage room and

– an annex with offices and shared rooms for the employees.

The estimated value of the new facility is RSD 41,100,682.

The deadline for the completion of the works is October 2024.

Tim Inzenjering from Surdulica was in charge of the project.
