The president of the Chamber of Commerce of Serbia, Marko Cadez, says for RTS that Serbia has enough flour, oil and sugar and that, considering the stock on one hand, and the needs on the other, it is time for companies to reopen the question of exports together with the Government of Serbia, because there are no reasons for the producers to be restricted.

He says that the prices will certainly grow in Serbia as well, but that it is good that Serbia is an exporter of food and that there are no problems in that respect.

Marko Cadez says that the election campaign has not affected the economic trend to the extent that the war in Ukraine has.

– The most complicated and complex part of that problem is that its main characteristic is unpredictability. In economy, it is quite important to be able to plan and calculate the business operations a year ahead. That is becoming increasingly difficult, because there are not enough facts that can be calculated in – Cadez explains.
