Tender for Construction of Underground Garage in Vracar Published – Three Levels to Feature 348 Parking Spaces

The City of Belgrade opened the tender for the construction of an underground garage in Skerliceva Street in Vracar yesterday, Beoinfo reports.

The garage will have three levels and 348 parking spaces, including 20 spaces for the parking of people with disabilities, on a total area of 11,660 square meters.

The opening of the tender is announced for May 9, following which the selected contractor will prepare the design and then begin the works at the beginning of next year.

The construction of underground garages beneath the Kalenic Green Market and the Belgrade Drama Theater has been announced as well, which should bring over 1,000 parking spaces to Vracar.
