Invitation for Renovation of Cultural Center in Mol Opens – Estimated Value of Works RSD 92 Million

The Municipality of Ada has started the procedure of the public procurement of the full renovation of the Cultural Center building in Mol.

After the most favorable bidder is selected, it will start the full renovation of the building, entailing the replacement of the whole roof, windows, floorings, the installation of thermal insulation, exterior and interior wall painting, the replacement of the stage and the seats at the theater and full installation works.

The Ministry of Public Administration and Local Self-Government supports the investment with RSD 9,000,000. The estimated total project value of the works is RSD 92,000,000.

The deadline for the execution of the works is 150 days, and bids may be submitted by April 19.
