The special track recording car by Deutsche Bahn has arrived to Belgrade, from where the dynamic testing of the Belgrade-Novi Sad railway will begin during the day.

Along with the track recording car, two train engines for speeds of up to 230 km/h have also arrived from Germany to the Belgrade Center station in Prokop.

Nenad Stanisavljevic of the Serbian Railways Infrastructure told Tanjug that the dynamic testing entailed the testing of the geometry of the newly built tracks for high speeds, the parameters of the overhead contact network, the installed equipment for high speeds, equipment and system compatibility, as well as the other executed engineering works.

The dynamic testing on the railway for speeds of up to 200 km/h between Belgrade and Novi Sad will last until February 4 and will be carried out between 6.30 AM and 5.30 PM without train traffic.

The dynamic testing of the newly built fast railway will be carried out by the company Serbian Railways Infrastructure with the specialized company of Deutsche Bahn, Systemtechnik, which has been hired for the realization of this job.

The testing will be done in phases and by section along the entire Belgrade-Novi Sad fast railway.
