Regulation adopted on types of pollution, criteria for calculation of compensation for environmental pollution and payers, amount and method for calculation and payment of compensation in Serbia

In the Official Bulletin of REpublic of Serbia, no. 113/2005 of December 20, 2005, the Regulation was published on types of pollution, criteria for calculation of compensation for environment pollution and payers, amount and method for calculation and payment of compensation. The polluters are as follows : pollution source emmission, produced waste, substances that damage ozone layer and engine-powered vehicles. Especially interesting is the supplement to the Regulation, which defines the amount of compensation for motorcycles, automobiles, pickup trucks, buses, trucks, special working vehicles, towing trucks, towing vehicles and tractors.
