After last year’s acknowledgment as the most responsible company in Serbia, this prestigious award of the managers’ association once again shows that knowledge, hard work, professional approach and responsibility, the values that have been characterizing the operations of MK Group for decades now, are certainly appreciated in Serbia.

– It is a great honor to be declared the employer of the year among such competition, which shows that people are in our focus and confirms our visions that, along with developing the operations, we create value for the employees and the society as a whole – stated Mihailo Jankovic, the CEO of MK Group, and added: – Our long-term ambition is to create a positive and motivating working environment, which stimulates the growth and development of each employee at MK Group, and the award of the Serbian Association of Managers is another confirmation that we are successful in realizing that goal and that we will continue working on the constant development of the employees, strengthening our organization in order to grow together.

MK Group employs 6,000 people in the entire Adriatic region, and according to the most recent survey carried out by the company, as many as 80% of the employees are proud to work at MK Group and would recommend it as an employer. In 2021 alone, over 10 strategic workshops for 30 leaders at the level of the system were realized, as was the MK Managerial Academy, for more than 200 employees. For the most talented agronomists, the carriers of digitalization in agriculture, the program “Digital Academy” was carried out, to the end of strengthening digital skills and capabilities, whereas the internal competition “Launch an Idea” has been awarding the employees who apply the best business solutions for four years in a row. Through various programs, the company continuously works to strengthen its employees, especially women. Of the total number of employees, 50% are women, and women also comprise a third of the Board of Directors.
