eKapija: Can you tell us something a bit more about the development of Delight?
– At the very beginning of the new millennium, we started developing the portfolio of our products and services. In time, we expanded our operations to the Adria region and developed to the point where we are able to provide our clients with fully integrated services and full solutions for the equipping of business interiors. We believe that we offer the best value for the investments of our clients and we provide creative, innovative and inspirational business space solutions with products and services of remarkably high quality. Delight Group is the only specialized company in this business segment in southeast Europe which offers complete solutions with an all-encompassing portfolio of the leading world brands, exclusive partnerships and most efficient associates.
Through a business strategy based on growth, development and maintenance of long-term cooperation and partnerships, we have created a range of designer, architectural and technical solutions, which provide the end-user with an improved working environment. For our clients and their teams, this means that we support them in the initiatives to reach their full workplace potential, while at the same time, with our solutions, we simplify their everyday business lives, making the working environment more pleasant and better for work.
eKapija: What is your greatest strength?
– Our biggest asset is human capital. With over 100 specialized and creative professionals, Delight Group has the competency and capacity to deliver complex business tasks and solutions. A systematically and individually adapted approach to clients, transparency, cost control and systemic project management are only some of our advantages and capabilities. Simplified communication and integrated procedures of order processing are simpler and quicker, and they mean the most to the client, and that is of extreme importance to most companies in their business.
Integrated business and a unified team process of decision making, together with the secured systemic business solution, leads to the fulfillment of our clients’ needs and exceeds their expectations. eKapija: How has Covid-19 influenced your business and what has changed?
– The corporate approach to business and a clear strategy have led us to where we are now, and the improvements during these two challenging years were directed at the digitization and automation of key business processes. Regardless of the big challenges and the financial-economic effects of the Covid-19 pandemic, Delight Group has used the time to reorganize and upgrade the already initiated plans that we are talking about later on in this interview. We have optimized the work flows and processes, which have led us to an unobstructed growth and expansion despite the given situation that we are all facing. With a working environment that is constantly changing, our set processes have brought new values to our clients, made room for innovations and increased our productivity to record-breaking results.
We have served over 10,000 clients from various spheres of business and created 50,000 unique products, and we are currently preparing to mark our most financially successful year so far, although the past two years of the pandemic have been extremely challenging and difficult for the industry and the economy.
eKapija: What are your plans and goals in the future?
– Our future is determined in advanced through our basic values that we plan to keep honoring, and our corporate strategy confirms this. In short, our aim is to preserve the stable growth and keep offering the best possible service to the clients, fostering the successful team with a constant upgrade and innovation of the processes which provide our clients with “a better day at work” (which is our slogan).
Our growth is secured by the continuation of the digitalization of all processes encompassed through the solutions which are custom-made and adapted. Together with our partners and the entire management, we have recognized that one of the steps for achieving the set goals is the expansion of our presence from the Adria region to the region of southeast Europe and the positioning in eight countries which cover a market of 40 million people.
