The entrepreneurs that have decided to pay personal income in 2022 need to file notices about this in an electronic form through the ePorezi portal of the Tax Administration no later than December 15, 2021.

The same deadline applies for entrepreneurs that decide to stop paying personal income in 2022.

The entrepreneur that once decides to pay personal income and wants to keep paying it in the subsequent years as well doesn’t need to notify the Tax Administration of this.
