NLB Group Extending and Reconstructing Management Building in New Belgrade – Tender for Contractors Opens

NLB Nekretnine (Ream doo Beograd) has opened the tender for the construction works on the adaptation and reconstruction of the management office building of NLB Group at 165v Mihajla Pupina Blvd in New Belgrade, to the end of optimization and increase of utilization of the office building space.

The adaptation of the building which spreads on 16,300 m2 entails aboveground floors from the ground floor to the fifth floor, whereas the sixth floor (currently the roof level) will be extended and reconstructed.

The deadline for the completion of the works is June 30, 2022.

The tender expires on December 6.
