Hot Spot eCommerce Awards 2021 – Who is the Best e-Trader in Serbia?

One of the rare business fields that flourished during the pandemic is – electronic trade. In line with the large number of new companies which have appeared in the market, and also to mark the success of the pioneers of e-commerce in these areas, the eCommerce Association of Serbia is organizing the first Hot Spot eCommerce Awards 2021.

“The Buyer at the Center of Online Trade” is the guiding slogan of these awards. Ecommerce has gone through a real boom during the 2020 pandemic, but the true challenge was how to maintain the level of quality, improve, innovate, all to the end of customer satisfaction. In order to award all those who worked on improving the digital ecosystem, ECS has launched the annual Hot Spot Awards, the press release says.

– We believe that this award can stimulate and inspire all those who are taking part in the ecommerce process to be better, all to the end of greater customer satisfaction – said Zorana Milidrag, the president of the eCommerce Association.

Due to the unique voting system, where the audience vote is highly valued, by taking part in the event, companies will strengthen their relations with consumers and learn what the purchasers expect. According to the organizer’s announcement, a large number of participants is expected, and Hot Spot Awards will be a fertile ground for the expansion of the network of contacts and potential cooperation of local companies with colleagues from the region.

Within 3 categories, a total of 26 awards will be handed out to the most successful companies in various fields. All the companies which apply directly are taking part in the main award contest – eCommerce Champion 2021. Numerous partners and friends have contributed to the organization of this event, and the general sponsor is the company Mastercard.

How to apply?

All interested companies may apply at hotspotawards.com. At the “PRIJAVA” (“APPLICATION”) page, a form needs to be filled out with all the required data.

Within each of the 26 awards, companies may apply for a limited number of awards per categories:

– eComm Champions – 3 awards

– eComm Branch – 1 award

– eComm Excellence – 1 award

Application is free and open until November 26. The winners are to be pronounced in mid-December. The eCommerce Association of Serbia invites all companies which operate online to take their place within the first Hot Spot Awards and become part of the tradition through which online trade in Serbia is to make a considerable progress.
