Ministry of Agriculture Seeking Expert Consultant for Digital Development Strategy for Agrarian Sector

The Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Management of Serbia has opened a tender for the expert consultant for the implementation of a digital development strategy for the agrarian sector.

The International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (IBRD) has approved a loan of EUR 45.8 million to Serbia for the project of competitive agriculture.

The project is meant to support a wider agriculture reform, and one of the components is the development of an ICT strategy and the road map for its implementation, and a part of the loan will be used for that purpose, the tender says.

The ICT strategy practically combines technology and business goals.
