Fruit Company up for Sale – Initial Price RSD 236.7 Million

The bankruptcy supervisor of Fruit Company has advertised the sale of this bankruptcy debtor as a legal entity, as well as several property lots, at an initial price of RSD 236.7 million.

The company is offered as a legal entity for RSD 160.1 million, whereas the commercial complex of the cooling plant of a total surface of 1,670 m2 in Petrovaradin is offered for slightly under RSD 60 million.

An apartment in the Belgrade municipality of Vozdovac is up for sale for RSD 15 million, whereas the initial price for agricultural land in Zabalj is RSD 2.4 million.

The public bidding will be held on November 29, 2021.

Fruit Company has been in bankruptcy since February 2021.
