Forcan won second round against Miskovic - Court rejected request for introduction of measures in Jugohemija

(Miroslav Miskovic, Milka Forcan)
- Miroslav Miskovic's request for introduction of temporary measures in Jugohemija and Jugohemija Management has now also been rejected by the Court of Commerce and Appeal - B92 announced.
The Court of Commerce and Appeal has made the decision that confirms the first-degree decision of the Court of Commerce in Belgrade that rejected Miskovic's request. Delta CEO asked for introduction of temporary measures in Jugohemija, of which Managing Board is led by Milka Forcan, as well as in newly founded Jugohemija Management.
In late July, Miskovic disputed Milka Forcan's ownership of 40% of Jugohemija's shares, accused her of illegal disposal of assets of that company, and asked the Court of Commerce in Belgrade to introduce a temporary administration. Delta Holding's first and last address to the public was at the press conference in the business building in New Belgrade. On that occasion, Dragan Filipovic, the Vice-President of Delta Holding, invited Milka Forcan and her sister Smiljka Mileusnic-Adzic to immediately revoke "all illegal procedures that led to their alienation of the property of Jugohemija, the company that is a member of Delta Holding through Delta Star".
As Delta Holding's legal representative Nenad Popović explained, the commencement of court procedures has been caused by the dealing of Delta Star's minority owner Form Communications and Jugohemija's administration. When forming Jugohemija Management, they deliberately enlarged the share of Milka Forcan's Form Communications and diminished the share of Jugohemija, 60% of which is owned by Miroslav Miskovic.
At the same time, the Court of Commerce in Belgrade made the decision on introduction of forced administration in Miroslav Miskovic's Delta Star at the request of Milka Forcan. As Blic learned, Milka Forcan asked for introduction of forced administration because the company's assembly was held and one of the founders was not invited - a representative of Milka Forcan's Form Communications.
Jugohemija, of which Managing Board is chaired by Milka Forcan, has blocked Delta Star's accounts by activating the bill of exchange worth 5 million dinars. On the other hand, Miskovic pressed charges against Milka Forcan, the company's CEO Smiljka Mileusnic-Adzic, and Zvezdan Cosic, a member of the Managing Board, because they, allegedly, alienate two business buildings in Resavska Street in Belgrade and the share of 25%.
Branko Forcan, Milka Forcan's husband, sued Miskovic and his company Hemslade on June 4th at the Regional Court in Nicosia, asking for 9% of shares in Delta Maxi.
